Connection begins around the table

The best way to experience uncommon friendship and common discipleship is gathering with a small group of uncommon friends who share life, ask honest questions, and grow together.

Belonging before belief

People gathered around a wooden dining table enjoying a meal, with some holding cups and others with plates of food, in a cozy indoor setting with large windows and lamps.

At Spring Church, small groups are where you can ask hard questions, share the ups and downs of life, encourage one another, and find friendships that go deeper than simply talking about the weather or the Seahawks.

Open and Curious

We create space for questions, doubts, and discovery. Spiritual curiosity is welcomed here. At small groups, we lean into the big questions of life, faith and everyday practices of following Jesus together.

Connected to Bellingham

We’re contributing to a Bellingham where everyone belongs. That looks like uncommon friends baking cakes for foster kids, packing gifts for our unhoused neighbors with Lighthouse Mission, sending home weekend meals with Wild Bird Charity to kids experiencing food insecurity, and more!

An elderly woman with glasses and colorful necklace smiles as she presents a hat with flags and patches to a young man in an orange T-shirt, in a room with blue walls and other people in the background.

Uncommon Friends

Uncommon friendship and common discipleship means people who might never share a table because of Jesus. Spring Church brings together neighbors experiencing homelessness + in recovery, and people already rooted in community life, showing up for one another at the kind of table Jesus invites us to.
